Before you buy
Most failed ERP projects in Bangladesh did not fail on code. They failed on scope, data, and ownership. We would rather scope you a smaller first phase that succeeds than a full ERP that quietly dies in month eight — even though the big one is a bigger invoice.
The projects that succeed digitise one painful area first — usually inventory or accounts — prove it works, then expand. The projects that fail try to replace everything at once: staff face too much change, data migration becomes enormous, and it stalls. If a vendor agrees to "full ERP in three months", ask them which module goes live first.
Not the one that sounds most impressive. If stock goes missing, start with inventory. If you do not know what you earned last month, start with accounts. If payroll eats three days each month, start there. The first module has to relieve real pain, because that is what buys you staff cooperation for the second.
Every business tells us their Excel is clean. It never is — duplicate products under different spellings, opening balances nobody can explain, stock counts that never matched. Migration is usually the biggest hidden cost of an ERP, and finding it in month three is worse than budgeting for it in week one. We audit the data before quoting.
Adding a report is cheap. Making your ERP talk to a POS, a bank statement, or a courier API is where the real work is. When you compare quotes, compare integration scope — that is where prices legitimately diverge, and where vague quotes hide their true cost.
Someone on your side has to decide, chase data, and back the change when staff resist. Without that person the project stalls regardless of how good the software is. If you cannot name that person before we start, that is the first thing to fix — and we will say so.
For the first weeks, a new ERP is slower than the old way. Staff are learning, data is being corrected, and everyone is frustrated. That is normal, it passes, and knowing it in advance is the difference between pushing through and abandoning at week three. Any vendor promising instant improvement has not run a real rollout.

Why PostgreSQL, not MySQL?
Payroll rounding errors and multi-currency accounting require ACID-compliant transactions with CHECK constraints. PostgreSQL's foreign-key enforcement catches data errors at the schema level — before they reach production. We use MySQL for travel and inventory systems; PostgreSQL for anything touching money or payroll.
Why not microservices?
A 50-person manufacturing company does not need Kubernetes. We build a well-structured monolith with clear module boundaries — HR, Inventory, and Accounts separated by domain. If the business scales to 500 users, we can extract modules into services without rewriting the data layer.
Why enforce RBAC in the API, not just the UI?
Every ERP we build enforces RBAC at the API middleware layer and at row level in the database. An inventory clerk cannot query the payroll table even by crafting a direct API request. Hiding a button in the UI is not access control.
Why run both systems simultaneously?
We run the new ERP alongside the old system for 2–4 weeks before switching. Staff enter data in both. This surfaces edge cases — unusual leave types, non-standard salary structures — before they become production incidents. A hard cutover with no parallel run is how ERP projects fail.

Typical timeline: 6–10 weeks for a focused single-module ERP, 3–6 months for multi-module systems. The date we commit to depends as much on how fast feedback and content come back as on how fast we build — we will be straight with you about that in scoping.

You get the scope in writing, with a fixed price where the requirements are clear, before any work starts. If something is genuinely unknowable up front, we say that too rather than burying it in an estimate that moves later.
Work ships in agreed stages, and at each one you get something working to click through — not a status update. That means you catch a misunderstanding in week two, when it is cheap, instead of at handover.
Code, hosting, domain, and accounts go in your name. We train your team on the real system with your real data. You are never locked in — if you leave, everything is already yours.
Launch is when the real bugs appear. An agreed post-launch fix period is included in every project. After that, maintenance is a separate retainer with published pricing — not a surprise invoice.
