Custom ERP for UAE businesses, e-invoicing ready

We build custom ERP for UAE manufacturers, distributors and trading companies, with the Ministry of Finance's e-invoicing specification integrated into the core system from day one — not bolted on before the 1 January 2027 mandate. Typical build: $7,500–$28,000, delivered in 8–24 weeks. No per-user licence, and the source code is yours.

IS BENGALTECH'S ERP READY FOR UAE E-INVOICING IN 2027?

Yes, for builds started now. According to the UAE Ministry of Finance (Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025, amended 2026), businesses at or above AED 50 million revenue must appoint one Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027, with further phases through 1 October 2027. The UAE Electronic Invoicing Guidelines (v1.1, 1 June 2026) set the five-corner exchange flow and the single-ASP rule. A custom ERP wires that flow and the Accredited Service Provider handoff directly into the invoicing module, instead of running it as a bolt-on connector against off-the-shelf software.

  • Single-ASP integration built in: the ERP's invoicing module talks to whichever Accredited Service Provider you appoint from the Ministry's published list — we do not appoint the ASP for you, that is the business's decision.
  • No per-user licence: a custom build costs the same whether you have 10 employees or 500 — see the table below against Odoo and SAP Business One.
  • You own the source code: deployed on your own cloud infrastructure, handed to your own repository on final payment.

Working with us from outside Bangladesh

International ERP delivery for UAE businesses

Manufacturers, distributors and trading companies in the UAE hire us for the same reason: an off-the-shelf ERP forces the business to change its process, and none of the off-the-shelf options ships UAE e-invoicing built in. Published ranges below are set for the UAE market, not converted from a Bangladesh price list.

Overlapping hours, stated plainly

We work from Dhaka on UTC+6. That is a 2–3 hour offset from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and 4 hours from eastern Australia — scheduled calls sit inside both working days without anyone taking a midnight meeting. UK and US sessions are booked into your morning, our evening.

Quoted and invoiced in USD

International projects are priced in USD against published ranges, not converted from a local rate at quote time. Typical band for this service: $7,500 - $28,000. Scope drives the figure — branch count, integrations and data migration move it most.

You own what we build

Source code and database are yours on final payment, handed over to your own repository. NDAs are signed before technical scoping. We do not resell your build or retain a licence over it.

How we work

THE PROCESS.

Typical timeline: 8–16 weeks for a focused single-module ERP, 16–24 weeks for multi-module systems. The date we commit to depends as much on how fast feedback and content come back as on how fast we build — we will be straight with you about that in scoping.

  1. 01

    A real conversation first

We ask what your business actually does and where the work is going wrong — before talking about software. If what you need is smaller than what you asked for, this is where we say so. No charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

Written scope and a fixed quote

You get the scope in writing, with a fixed price where the requirements are clear, before any work starts. If something is genuinely unknowable up front, we say that too rather than burying it in an estimate that moves later.

  3. 03

Build in milestones you can see

Work ships in agreed stages, and at each one you get something working to click through — not a status update. That means you catch a misunderstanding in week two, when it is cheap, instead of at handover.

  4. 04

    Handover, with the keys

Code, hosting, domain, and accounts go in your name. We train your team on the real system with your real data. You are never locked in — if you leave, everything is already yours.

  5. 05

    Support after launch

Launch is when the real bugs appear. An agreed post-launch fix period is included in every project. After that, maintenance is a separate retainer with published pricing — not a surprise invoice.

Common questions

FAQ.

[01]How much does custom ERP development cost in the UAE?

International projects are quoted in USD against a published band: $7,500–$14,000 for a focused single-module build (inventory, accounts or HR alone), $14,000–$28,000 for a multi-module system spanning several departments. Larger or multi-branch operations are scoped after a free discovery call.

[02]Is a custom ERP required for UAE e-invoicing, or can I bolt it onto Odoo or SAP B1?

Neither Odoo nor SAP Business One ships UAE e-invoicing out of the box — both need a paid connector or custom module wired to an Accredited Service Provider. A custom ERP builds that integration into the core invoicing flow from day one, against the same Ministry of Finance specification.

[03]When does UAE e-invoicing become mandatory, and does that affect my ERP timeline?

Phase 1 (businesses at or above AED 50 million revenue) goes live 1 January 2027, with the Accredited Service Provider appointment deadline on 30 October 2026, per the UAE Ministry of Finance. An ERP build that starts now has time to integrate the invoicing module before the deadline; one that starts after October 2026 is racing it.

[04]How long does a UAE ERP implementation take?

A focused single-module system typically takes 8–16 weeks; a multi-module ERP covering finance, inventory and HR together typically runs 16–24 weeks, in line with the timelines published for our Bangladesh delivery — the engineering time does not change with the client’s country.

[05]Do you appoint the Accredited Service Provider for us?

No — the UAE Ministry of Finance requires the business itself to appoint one Accredited Service Provider from its published list. We integrate the ERP against whichever provider you appoint, and can walk you through the published list during scoping.

[06]What support is available after the UAE ERP goes live?

Launch includes an agreed period of post-launch fixes. After that we offer maintenance retainers for updates, monitoring, and small changes so the system stays secure and current.
