Your customers already order on WhatsApp. The work is turning those threads into orders that reach your stock, payments that reconcile, and replies that go out at 11pm without anyone typing them. We build that on Meta's official Cloud API — the version that does not get your number banned.
The panels sold across Bangladesh as “WhatsApp marketing tools” or “bulk senders” work by automating the ordinary WhatsApp app through unofficial libraries. Meta detects the pattern. The number gets permanently banned — usually the business number on your signboard, in your ads, and saved by every customer you have.
The tool costs a few thousand taka. Losing the number your customers reach you on costs considerably more, and no appeal reliably gets it back.
We only build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. It takes longer to set up, it has rules about who you may message and when, and it is the only version that is still working for you in a year.
The questions you answer every day — price, stock, delivery time, shop location — answered instantly in Bangla, Banglish, or English, with a clean handover to a human when it matters.
From 35,000 Tk
An order placed in a WhatsApp thread writes straight into your inventory or POS — stock decremented, order recorded, nothing re-typed at midnight from a chat screenshot.
From 70,000 Tk
bKash or Nagad payment links sent in-thread, then automatic order-confirmed and out-for-delivery updates using Meta-approved utility templates.
From 90,000 Tk
Plus a running cost paid to Meta, not to us: WhatsApp bills per 24-hour conversation window, priced by conversation category. It is predictable once you know your volume — and any quote promising “unlimited WhatsApp” is either absorbing a cost nobody modelled or planning to break the rules.
Already building with us? If we are already delivering your website, store, or POS, the API integration is an add-on from 20,000 tk rather than a standalone project — see the full list on our pricing page. The prices above are for a standalone build, which includes Meta Business verification and number provisioning from scratch.
The distinction nobody explains
Almost every business that asks us for WhatsApp automation is using the free WhatsApp Business app and does not realise the API is a completely separate Meta product. The app has no API — nothing can connect to it. This is what actually changes:
| Capability | Business app | Cloud API |
|---|---|---|
| Catalogue, labels, quick replies | Yes | Yes |
| Programmatic order capture into your POS | No | Yes |
| Automatic order-status notifications | No | Yes |
| Connect to your inventory or website | No | Yes |
| Multiple agents on one number, properly | No | Yes |
| Runs without a phone staying online | No | Yes |
| Free to use | Yes | No |
If the app already does everything you need, keep it — it is free and we will tell you so. The API earns its cost once you are re-typing orders from chat threads into your stock system, or missing messages after hours.
How it really works
Most of what is sold as "WhatsApp automation" in Bangladesh will get your number banned. The official platform has real rules, real costs, and real limits — and they shape everything that can honestly be built. Here is what a business owner needs to know before spending a taka on this.
Panels advertised as "WhatsApp bulk sender" or "WhatsApp marketing tool" work by automating the ordinary WhatsApp app through unofficial libraries. Meta detects the pattern and permanently bans the number — frequently the business number printed on your signboard and known to every customer you have. The tool costs a few thousand taka. Losing the number costs far more.
The free WhatsApp Business app gives you a catalogue, labels, and quick replies — and no API, so nothing can connect to it. The WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) is a separate Meta product needing a Business account, business verification, and a number not already on WhatsApp. Almost every business that asks us for automation is on the app and does not know these are different things.
When a customer messages you, a 24-hour window opens in which you can reply freely. Outside it, you may only send templates Meta approved in advance. Every legitimate WhatsApp flow is designed around this rule — which is precisely why "message anyone, anytime" is not a product anyone can sell you lawfully.
Any message sent outside the 24-hour window uses a pre-registered template that Meta reviews. Utility templates (order confirmed, delivery on the way) are approved routinely. Promotional templates face tighter rules and higher cost. Plan your flows around utility messaging; treat marketing blasts as a bonus, not the foundation.
Cloud API access itself is not the cost — conversations are. Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window, priced by category, billed to you directly rather than to us. It is modest per conversation and entirely predictable once you know your volume, but any vendor quoting "unlimited WhatsApp" is either absorbing a cost they have not modelled or planning to break the rules.
Auto-replies are the least interesting part. The value is an order placed in a WhatsApp thread landing directly in your inventory or POS — stock decremented, payment link sent, status update fired automatically. That is the gap between a chatbot and a system that actually removes work, and it is the part we are set up to build because we already build the POS and inventory side.
How we work
We ask what your business actually does and where the work is going wrong — before talking about software. If what you need is smaller than what you asked for, this is where we say so. No charge, no obligation.
You get the scope in writing, with a fixed price where the requirements are clear, before any work starts. If something is genuinely unknowable up front, we say that too rather than burying it in an estimate that moves later.
Work ships in agreed stages, and at each one you get something working to click through — not a status update. That means you catch a misunderstanding in week two, when it is cheap, instead of at handover.
Code, hosting, domain, and accounts go in your name. We train your team on the real system with your real data. You are never locked in — if you leave, everything is already yours.
Launch is when the real bugs appear. An agreed post-launch fix period is included in every project. After that, maintenance is a separate retainer with published pricing — not a surprise invoice.
Common questions
Not the way it is usually sold, and we will not build it. Tools advertised as "WhatsApp bulk sender" or "WhatsApp marketing panel" almost always use unofficial libraries that automate the regular WhatsApp app. Meta detects this and permanently bans the number — often the business number you have handed out for years. On the official Cloud API, you can message customers who opted in, using message templates that Meta approves in advance. That is slower to set up and it is the only version that survives.
The free WhatsApp Business app (the one you install on a phone) gives you a catalogue, labels, greeting messages, and quick replies. It has no API, so nothing can be connected to it programmatically — no order capture into your inventory, no automated status updates. The WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) is a separate product that requires a Meta Business account, business verification, and a phone number not already registered on WhatsApp. Real automation requires the Cloud API. Most businesses asking us for "WhatsApp automation" are on the app and do not realise these are different products.
A standalone Cloud API setup with an auto-reply and FAQ flow starts around 35,000 tk, including Meta Business verification and number provisioning. Adding order capture that writes into your inventory or POS, plus payment links and order-status notifications, typically brings it to 70,000–90,000 tk. If we are already building your site or POS, the integration is an add-on from 20,000 tk instead. Separately, Meta bills you per conversation — a running cost paid to Meta, not to us, and it varies by conversation type.
Not if you use the official Cloud API and respect the rules: message only people who opted in, use approved templates for anything outside the 24-hour window, and honour opt-outs. Bans happen when businesses use unofficial senders or blast unsolicited marketing. We build on the official platform specifically so this risk goes away.
Yes, within limits. Customers can browse a catalogue, place an order in the chat, and receive a bKash or Nagad payment link to complete payment. The order can be written straight into your inventory or POS so stock and sales stay accurate. Payment itself happens in the payment provider flow, not inside WhatsApp.
When a customer messages you, a 24-hour window opens in which you can reply freely with normal messages. Outside that window you may only send pre-approved template messages, and Meta charges for the conversation. This single rule shapes how any honest WhatsApp automation has to be designed, and it is why "just message everyone whenever" is not a product anyone can legitimately sell you.
