These are baseline ranges for the scope described in each tier. A written scope and fixed quote are agreed before work starts, so the number you sign off on is the number you pay — extra work outside that scope is quoted separately, never added as a surprise line item afterward.
No. Payment is split into milestones tied to actual delivery, not one large payment before work is visible. The exact milestone structure is agreed in writing as part of the scope.
Because "ERP" covers very different amounts of work. A Small Business ERP is HR, accounts, inventory, and purchase/sales in one system. A Medium Enterprise ERP adds multi-branch support, a CRM module, and custom workflow automation. A Custom Enterprise build is fully bespoke modules and is always negotiated individually — the range reflects real scope differences, not vague pricing.
Not by default — domain and hosting setup is priced separately (see Tactical Add-Ons) since some clients already have hosting in place and others need it set up from scratch. We will tell you plainly if your project needs it.
USD. This page shows BDT by default for Bangladesh visitors and USD for international visitors automatically, and you can switch it yourself with the currency toggle above the prices. USD rates are set independently for the international market, not converted from the BDT rate — see our hiring page for more on international engagement terms.
