Our call center is staffed 24/7, so reachability is not the problem regardless of whether you are on Eastern or Pacific time. Bangladesh is UTC+6, roughly 10-14 hours ahead of the US depending on the zone and daylight saving — engineering calls and milestone reviews are scheduled around your hours, and every engagement runs on written specs so nothing depends on catching someone at a specific minute.
Nearshoring (Mexico, Colombia, etc.) trades a smaller cost saving for closer, sometimes same-timezone hours. Offshoring to Bangladesh trades a bit more distance for a substantially larger cost saving, offset by 24/7 call-center reachability and a written-spec, milestone-based process built specifically to work well without daily live overlap.
