Method and definitions

  • Exact: an amount and billing unit appear on the vendor’s own public page.
  • Model only: the vendor explains price drivers but publishes no amount.
  • Quote only: the public path ends at contact sales or request a quote.
  • Pages were read on 20 September 2026. Currency conversion, reseller prices, search snippets, analyst estimates, discounts, and private quotes were excluded.

Limitations

This is a purposive sample of seven globally recognized SMB and mid-market ERP products, not every ERP vendor. A public licence price is not a total implementation price: migration, configuration, integrations, partner services, training, support, taxes, and region-specific terms can materially change the total. Dynamic regional pricing may also differ from the US-facing pages reviewed here.

For a worked ownership comparison, see custom ERP versus Odoo, ERPNext, SAP Business One, Dynamics 365, and NetSuite. For a scoped build, see custom ERP development.
