Terms of Service

1) Services

We provide software development services including websites, mobile apps, POS/ERP systems, maintenance, and related consulting.

2) Project Agreements

Each project is governed by a separate written agreement (scope, timeline, milestones, and price). In the event of conflict, the project agreement controls.

3) Payments

• Payments are typically milestone-based and tied to deliverables.
• Payment methods for international clients may include Wise, PayPal, and SWIFT bank transfer.
• Late payments may pause work and shift the delivery timeline.

4) Client Responsibilities

• Provide required content, access, and timely feedback.
• Review and approve deliverables at each milestone.
• Use the deliverables in a lawful manner.

5) Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables defined in the project agreement. We provide source code, assets, and credentials as part of handover unless the agreement states otherwise.

6) Warranty and Support

Support terms (duration and scope) are defined per project. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic, or conversion rates.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BengalTech Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable project.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes should be addressed by mutual discussion first.
