What kinds of projects do you usually take on?

Websites that generate inquiries, e‑commerce stores, custom web apps, mobile apps, POS/ERP, and redesigns of existing sites. If it helps your business get more customers or run smoother, we probably do it.

How does the project start and what is the process?

First we discuss goals and scope. Then you get a written proposal with price, timeline, and milestones. After agreement, we build in stages, share demos regularly, launch together, and support you after launch.

How do payments and pricing work?

For most projects we agree on a fixed price and split it into 2–4 milestones. You only pay when a milestone is delivered and approved. We accept Wise (preferred), PayPal, and SWIFT bank transfer, with a USD invoice for each payment.

How do we communicate during the project?

We are in GMT+6 (Dhaka). Day to day, we use WhatsApp and email for quick updates, Loom videos for walkthroughs, and scheduled calls when needed so you always know what is happening.

Will I own the source code and assets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At handover you receive full source code, design files (where applicable), and all credentials. You are free to work with any other team in the future—no lock‑in.

Do you provide support and maintenance after launch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every project includes a post‑launch support window for fixing issues. If you prefer ongoing help, we can set up a simple monthly maintenance plan for updates, security, and small improvements.

Can you work with my existing website or codebase?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can improve speed, update design, fix bugs, or add new features on top of your current setup, as long as the codebase is in a reasonable state. If not, we will tell you honestly and suggest options.

What should I include when contacting you the first time?

A short description of your business, what you want the site/app to achieve, your ideal launch date, rough budget range, and 1–3 example sites or apps you like. That is enough for us to give you a clear next step.
